Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren
ich schreibe Sie wegen einem schnell anbahnenden Problem, was der Kontakt mit meinem Sohn angeht, an. Der ist augenblicklich vierundeinhalb jährig und wohnt mit seiner von mir getrennt wohnenden Mutter in Genf. Dagegen wohne ich in Grossbritannien. Die Umstände von Kontakt werden durch eine englische Trennungsvereinbarung geregelt, die gesetzlich verbindlich ist. Die Mutter sagt, dass sie demnächst diese Vereinbarungen nicht respektieren werde, d.h., Kontakt mit meinem Sohn wird deutlich schwieriger.
Da ich nicht weiß, an wen man sich in dieser Sache wenden kann, hoffe ich, dass Sie mich mindestens in der richtigen Richtung weisen können (Namen, Adressen, Telefonnummer, e-mail). Ich suche eine Art von Vermittlung, die das Einhalten von den Kontaktvereinbarung überwacht.

I am writing you because of a situation that is quickly coming to a head and that concerns contact with my son. He is four and one-half years old, and lives with his mother in Geneva. She is separated from me and I live in Great Britain. The conditions by which I may have contact with my son are described by an English "separation agreement" which is binding by law. The mother of my son is intending to violate the conditions of this agreement that allow me to maintain contact with him.
Since I do not know which social services in Geneva might deal with these matters, I am hoping that you might at least point me in the right direction (names, addresses, telephone numbers e-mails). I am seeking sort of intermediary who can ascertain that the contact agreement is respected.
